Jillian Michaels KICKED my bum!!! You can click on her name to check out the link to the video I am using that is sold by Target (or several other retailers...I just provided the Target link). No doubt about it, it is a WORKOUT. Do I resent her? Nope. Am I grateful...YEP! Well, I am sore, but when I lose the last 40 pounds I will be even more grateful (I am down 41 pounds since my youngest son was born...but to get to a healthy weight I have about 40 more to go).
