I woke up with a sore throat...
I have a sweet husband that let me take a two hour nap.
I shouldn't even be up but I had to write something.
So here is my advice for the day. Spring is here...lots of allergens in the air. Take your vitamin C, exercize, and rest! Then maybe you won't get sick like I have this week, while burning the candle at both ends.
#259 Reason I see the hand of Heavenly Father in my life...he allows us to have trials...like today, so that we can appreciate our life. Today I am grateful for the health I usually have!
